Difficult to book with since they are so far out. However, I was able to do a virtual visit with Dr. Propst and she was the sweetest! She was very professional and personable. She prescribed me medication and topical creams for my acne and a very specific routine. Glad to say that my acne has calmed down so much!

I drove an hour for my appointment, maps said arrival time was 1:07. I walk in and wait for the receptionist to finish typing before she checks me in, she then proceeds to say that they only have a 7 minute grace period and it’s 1:09 and now I’ll have to reschedule for half a year from now….WHY 7 MINUTES IF YOU ARE JUST GOING TO MAKE ME SIT DOWN AND FILL OUT PAPERWORK IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR PROBABLY HALF AN HOUR?! Makes zero sense. Waste of gas and an hour drive here.

Vickie R is rude everytime I visit the office. She acts like she’s mute and has an attitude. I ask her a question and she awkwardly always gives me a silence like there’s a problem. Always makes me feel uncomfortable and irritated when she gives the attitude. The other check out girl is awesome and verbal and always is a smile! The Doctors and nurses here are great and ALWAYS return my call within the day if not next business morning.

I came in because of a rash. I told them I had no insurance because I just moved and it would not kick in until the new year. They told me they would be able to make considerations. They did not. I saw the doctor, who was nice enough, but she performed a completely unnecessary procedure by removing my skin in two areas, which hurt for weeks and I will probably have those scars for years. Then they charge me for their “care”, which turns out is worthless because they conclude that my rash will go away on its own without any treatment, which it does. Then I get a lovely surprise months later in the mail. Another bill! What for? The lab that “tested” my skin samples needed to be paid as well. I was not told this would happen by anyone. I was simply shoved a bunch of legal papers and asked to sign. Don’t sign anything they give you without reading and please always question their motivations for any test they want to take. This could have been avoided if I didn’t blindly trust them. Don’t trust their word! This place is not transparent when it comes to healthcare. Go somewhere more trustworthy.

I accidentally missed the turn for their office. I had to go down the road and turn around. I called their office to let them know I would be a few minutes late. My appt was for 7:45 and I made it inside at 7:52 knee scooter and all because of 4 broken bones. They refused to see me and asked me to reschedule in 2-3 months because of 7 minutes. By the way, I didn’t reschedule. No other patients were in the office. Would not recommend to anyone.

I seen Dr. Propst after battling a skin irritation for almost 3 months. She prescribed a couple topical treatments. I was told it could take up to 2 months to clear up , but should see improvement within a month. I am excited to say it has been 1 week and the improvement is unbelieveable. My visit was a good experience. The office staff were very helpful and pleasant. My time spent with the Dr. was approximately 30-45 minutes. She was very patient and took time to listen to my reason for visit and took time explaining treatment. I will definitely return in the future if needed.

Dr. Hope Misterovich, is kind, patient, and good. Her staff can not be trusted, rude, they do not follow through. It is to bad she has such a terrible staff. I was treated very rudely by the older lady at the front desk while the younger one just leaned back and had horrible manners.

Was told on two different occasions a variety of different prices a routine mole check would be. I receive the bill and it is the highest of anything I was told. I had an 8 am appointment, did not get called back until 8:10 and was leaving the parking lot at 8:25. The doctor was in the room less than 5 minutes and I get a bill for over $125 and that is even with having insurance. Skip this place and just go see your regular doctor, this place is a total scam.
