This was the 1st time walking from my friend who decided to get a fade, and she was satisfied with the performance of the stylist I believe her name was Karen. Karen had paid attention to what style my friend wanted and often gave suggestions and was overall pleasant. Establishment we’ve walked in was I believe well lit and clean no dust bunnies or hairballs running across the counters and things like that and overall it was a pleasant experience.

Been here 2x. Was happy until today. I tip well too. Im very busy and i run a business. Came in on Sun morning. Waited almost 1hr. Took them 30+ mins to cut little kids hair! Then the staff was wasting more time doing whatever. I was furious when i left. Late for work and my hair is a mess! Poor time management! I would never let my nail clients wait that long without attending to them.
