My mother was a first time customer and will never go back. All she wanted was a wash and blow dry. She forgot the purple shampoo that she uses and asked if Linda had some. She said yes but that would be an upcharge. I tried to show her a photo of how my mother likes her hair and she barely took the time to glance at it. She was supposed to do a simple bob blow dry, the kind that slightly curls under but she made my mother’s hair look pin straight. Even the bangs were completely straight where normally they would curl under. My mother asked if she could at least curl them under a little (you could see the disappoinment on my mother’s face) but she said she’d need the curling iron for that and that would be an upcharge as well so my mother declined. Then as my mother was paying she pointed 2-3 at the screen saying, that’s where you leave a tip. Then again, “you put the tip in there”. She listened to my concerns, asked a number of questions to gather more information and delivered a color service and cut deserving of a 5 star rating. I moved to ormond area 10 months ago I have seen Linda at least 3 times for services. She is amazing cutting my hair. It always lays well and easy to style. Her skill makes a huge difference in daily styling time. I don’t do color any longer but if i did she would.be my go to person. The salon is neat and clean, very convenient access. Plenty of parking
