Critical: QualityI went to the Washington Avenue location twice. First time looking to do a simple undercut hairstyle. I show the stylist a picture after a little back and fourth and we’re good. Wrong. I end up with a hard part on one side of my head and a fade on the other and it’s uneven. So after apologies and being asked to wait a few weeks to let it grow out, I regrettably go back only because I had heard such good things. I schedule an appointment and end up with the other stylist in the building. After both stylist talk and I present pictures again of just a simple undercut from multiple angles to eliminate confusion. The stylist states they got it. Right off the bat they start putting in the shaved part again! I stop them voice my displeasure and to wrap it up I basically ended up with a mohawk and will be knocking it down myself and regrowing my hair. I actually tipped the stylist $10 dollars so hopefully it goes towards proper training or a new career all together. Horrible experience. I went to the Washington Avenue location twice. First time looking to do a simple undercut hairstyle. I show the stylist a picture after a little back and fourth and we’re good. Wrong. I end up with a hard part on one side of my head and a fade on the other and it’s uneven.
