Ya know? Hate to have to agree with the several negative reviews and 1 stars given over the course of the year. I kid you not… every single time I come here – which is NOT often – it’s a bad experience. My latest visit, stopped in 5:30 (closing time is 9).. front door locked. Young lady at the counter unlocked it. I asked if they were closed. She gave a matter of fact “no”. I stopped in to gift a service; she let me know this would be my last for the year due to policy. Fair enough. I asked for the gift card (I’m aware they have them and give them out – guess not this branch). The transfer fee they don’t take care of ahead of time (again, news to me. Other branch handled at time of transfer). She offered nothing materially for me to be able to give the recipient the actual gift. How tacky. I took whatever was there to make my own thing. Other branch (purposely not naming) has much better, consistently good customer service. At the other branch I felt like I was being given a gift for gifting a service.. that’s how much more pleasant the service and experience was. To be fair, the young lady did mention franchises may operate differently. Makes sense.. but different doesn’t have to mean lesser quality. Subjective, I know. Bottom line, customer service can improve here.. especially if several reviewers are saying the same thing.

The massages have been great. However, I recently had to cancel my membership. After trying several times I finally received an email saying they had canceled. I was told I could continue using the “packages” I had already paid for. Today when I was leaving I was told I was at the end of my 90 day period. When I asked what that meant I was told I only had 90 days after canceling to use then. I was never informed of that. I have 5 left which means they screwed me out of $400 +. What a ripoff

The Massages were good so i decided to buy a monthly membership. I wasn’t using them as much as I thought so I tried to cancel. I spoke with a receptionist first, then spoke with a manager to cancel and THEY KEPT CHARGING ME even after giving 30 days notice. I still have not gotten confirmation that my membership is canceled so I had to call my credit card company to contest the latest charge. Horrible business practices.

These chains are nothing but stress. All they care about is pushing a membership on you. They should all be out of business. Cancelling is a nightmare. I had the same experience. Signed up on 8/17. Cancelled on 9/2 because i found a service offered in other boxes branch. Was told last charge was 9/16. Today i woke up with a charge. I emailed them. We shall see if they resolve this issue. This is not right.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL… NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.The manager was rude and disrespectful. They don’t take covid serious. They allowed an worker to work while her boyfriend had covid. Never again. Don’t waste your time or money with this business.
