Love the service and staff. Everyone is friendly and they all smile and greet you when they see you. Lots of amenities. I love being in the quiet room and the social lounge. The women’s spa/locker room is a little small but all the guests were really nice about sharing the area. Robes don’t have pockets!! I guess they don’t want you to have your phones with you. But there’s only one clock and it’s in the locker room! So I wasn’t able to determine what time it was to go to the common area to wait for my appt. There are no clocks in the quiet room so I kept having to leave to see what time it was.

Love Love LOVE this place. BW staff is so kind and friendly. The decor is relaxing and inviting. I’ve only gotten massages here and they’ve been wonderful! This locations boasts a eucalyptus steam room that is incredible. I withheld a star because the quiet room is uncomfortably exposed…. Its like little open cubbies. They also provide little individually wralled refreshing towels for your face in the quiet room that is so complicated and loud to open well- for me it was. Otherwise, this place is well stocked ans staffed.

A friend of mine invited me to do the spa for the day/ evening, we went right after happy hour. So the spa is just no massage, nothing, just sit in the hot tub, go in the sauna and steam room. Well it was an hour and a half well spent, I did just that and felt relaxed. I wanted my first experience to be nice and relaxed and I got it.

Great spa with plenty of options. Professional masseuse and treatments. Nice place. The block isn’t my favorite place, but you can get here without having to go through it, since it’s on the very corner of the parking lot.

Too loud! They don’t enforce “spa etiquette.” Large groups of women talking endlessly and laughing in the hot tub-despite TWO signs that say “refrain from talking while in the spa.” Also, terrible for couples. The massages are actually great, so 3 stars for that.

Lovely experience getting waxed and a massage. My wax technician made it so easy and comfortable for a first experience. The deep tissue massage was intense, but worth it. Absolutely love the extra amenities and considering a membership. 10/10
