Another woman stepped up when she didn’t have to, called a friend and they got us done on a Saturday late afternoon/eve. The quality of the braiding is excellent. Everybody was very nice. My appointment was first thing when they opened up. Got started soons walked through the door and was very shocked about that lol..most stylists have to do so many things before they decide to start working on your hair. But at Hope, nope they get started asap. Hair came out beautiful and it really lifted some weight off me. I feel like a brand new person. I didnt catch the any names of the stylists but you ladies all were doing a marvelous job….P.S. head still hurts a little from the tightness but definitely worth it hahaha lol. Thank you once again. So I dont write reviews unless needed. I’m very picky and dont trust anybody in my hair but when I googled this place, i just got this good vibe. Everybody was very nice. My appointment was first thing when they opened up. I sat until 9:45 and still no one, so I left rather save my money than paid a none professional business. Then text her again the day before to ask whether or not I should blow dry or towel dry my hair and heard nothing back. Showed up the day of and there’s another lady waiting for her as well. And herCoworker lied and said she’s in the hospital with allergies. Really? Then why is this other lady here waiting for her? Very very unprofessional. I’ll never even recommended a “business” like this. And as I sit in my car writing this review…guess who walks up? HOPE! The one who is in the hospital sick with allergies!
