I came in to get a shorter haircut and I told the lady my hair curls a lot when it’s dry, but she continued to cut it short. Then, only after she cut it did we go to wash and dry it and sure enough it was too short and now I have bangs. She also only took a look at the photo reference twice so it looks nothing like what I wanted.
