Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Less than 10 days later they’re still on but take a look. The hybrid is what I requested and specifically showed the tech a picture and explained in Spanish and English what I wanted which was lashed shorter on the inside and longer on the outside. They never looked that way. The appointment took 2.5 hours on October 8 – longer than anticipated which had me late to an appointment. Initially there was a gap on the right side which I asked to fix but I didn’t have time to say just remove them and we’ll try again with someone else. Please see the pics below. You can see how one eye has way more lashes…day one versus day 10. Then the owner gave me a hard time because I wasn’t able to come in sooner. Trust me, I wish I could’ve….I have been looking like a joke for a week and a half! I’ve been telling everyone I’ve come across who has done my lashes.

Honest Review from someone who gets their lashes done often: I arrived at 2:08 for my 2pm appointment and she was still doing someone else’s lashes.. she didn’t start on my lashes until 2:45. I asked for a classic set and I received more of a volume set than anything. Within 4 hours of eyelashes being done… I started to experience severe reactions to the lashes.. swelling, severe irritation and redness of the eyes. I went elsewhere to get the lashes removed and not only did they confirm the over usage of glue, but they also noted clustered lashes on to single premature natural eyelashes and glued individuals to my actual eyelid line.Furthermore, I was asked if she used sterilized equipment and I cannot say that she did being that she immediately started on me right after the other customer left because she was running so late. I am on antibiotics and Benadryl until further notice.

I originally did a classic set. After a few refills, I wanted to change to hybrid. After a few days, I started to realize the extensions coming off with 3-4 of my natural lashes attached! The hybrid fan lashes were placed ON TOP OF THE OTHER EXTENSION I ALREADY HAD. So I had the classic lash on my natural lash, plus the fan from the hybrid lash stacked on top. My natural lashes were stuck to the new and old extensions several at a time. I’m a lash artist for 5 years now so I know this just wasn’t done right.

Update: I appreciate that the owner proactively contacted me even though I originally left 3 stars without a comment. She offered to fix it and gave me a different curl and lighter thickness so the lashes held up better (I have thin natural lashes). She was meticulous and took an hour to give me lashes that fit my eyes (and technically my natural lash resilience) better. I appreciate her experience, handy work and for reaching out to me. I will see how long they last and go back to her for a refill if all holds up. I can understand owning a small business and sometimes people/help have humanly bad/off days, but I left the one star for now because my first experience wasn’t great as you can read below. Lastly, I can tell Lisset has more experience and is more thorough b/c I actually read the reviews beforehand, but I’m not someone that is demanding esp as a new customer. If I do go back for my refill it will definitely only be with her, thus is the case with any salon or service. We all have our preferences. Thanks for fixing this situation.
