I have been going here for years, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I personally go to Kaur and Namita when getting my brows threaded. Since I’ve been going here I’ve noticed my brows have gotten thicker than they where. Overall I highly recommend coming here 🙂

I was visiting from Northwest Illinois so I didn’t know anything about this place walked into the mall saw that there was a woman of color checking out and another customer getting her eyebrows done and I wanted to get mine’s waxed unbeknownst to me they didn’t do waxing but they do threading I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be threaded but I allowed KAUR to thread my “OSCAR THE GROUCH” LOOKING EYEBROWS!!! To my surprise she took all of less than 5 minutes from chair to finish and I was VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS, AND IT WAS ONLY $15!!! THAT IS WAY LESS THAN I PAY AT ULTA!!! OH AAND I DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! I WISH I HAD TAKEN A PICTURE OF MY BROWS BEFORE, AND THEN AFTER BUT I HADN’T EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT IT!!! I have been going to brow art for over a year now. They almost always do a fantastic job for threading brows, most of the time they’re super busy so I feel they rush a bit for lack of better words, and end up missing a few hairs. Nothing I can’t pluck out on my own, though. Friendly, good service, not too pricey for the occassions. Will continue to have me as a customer for sure!
