After being told “we can’t do that” time after time with each design I picked out, the lady who did my nails “boss lady” was so rough. I have never had my hands be in so much pain from a fill. My fingers were grinded down raw and the skin was literally filed. My nails are uneven. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. She took no longer than 20 minutes to do my nails and it showed. This is what I wanted and this is what I got.

My personal experience was not great. Couldn’t get the nail design I wanted. He said he couldn’t do the colors I asked for. Although I found the nail design on several websites. The top color looks like a child did it. I Had a gel manicure and a gel pedicure.

Went here with my sisters for the first time my experience was great, I left with my nails looking wonderful and same with my toes!! My sister told me the lady who did her nails was a bit rude and did the color pattern on her nails wrong, but besides that, wonderful experience!!! Acrylic nails

After every single color requested was unavailable (I was understandable and adjusted 5 times), the man accidentally drilled my brand new engagement ring and then denied it to his boss. He checked it and assured me it was fine although I insisted it was not. After many back and forth dialogues he got the owner and she told me it didn’t make sense and wasn’t possible that he had done this… despite him literally drilling over my ring after his hand slipped. He made up an entire different story saying he actually went out of his way to make sure he didn’t do it by turning my ring. He did this, only AFTER already hitting it. The owner walked away and I was charged $95 for a mani and pedi with atrocious colors. I gave back up after back up color options and after 5 colors were unavailable, I was given options I hadn’t chosen and YES I expressed that I was unhappy with color choices. I can deal with a bad color but I can not deal with a now imperfect BRAND NEW engagement ring. They took no responsibility didn’t even apologize and now I am left with a shaved off Diamond for the rest of my life. Lovely. Top right corner you can see the now shaved exposed area.
