I’ve been going to this location for a year with the same problem and they have yet to identify the issue or to help me with my problem. I’ve made numerous suggestions I’ve done some research and all they keep telling me is to come in and every time I go in they do nothing. I am suffering from puritis and I thought that I would be able to be assisted in this chronic disorder that I have but they have failed numerous times and I’m just trying to get satisfaction with my disorder. I’m truly unimpressed with this location or this facility I’ve seen almost all the doctors and nobody can help me it’s quite frustrating borderline not ethical to just allow me to suffer.

Are they still open for business? I’ve left 4 voicemails over 10 days, asking for them to call me back to schedule a follow-up appointment, with me hearing nothing from their front office. I’ve had a positive experience with Zoey Thompson and Thomas Gallagher but am left puzzled about the front desk not answering their phone during biz hours nor returning returning patients’ calls.

Never had a dermatologist decline a prescription request from a pharmacy, tell the pharmacy I need me to make an appt before they accept the refill request, and then never answer their phone when I go to make that appt. Unresponsive, and they’re still holding this prescription hostage going into the holiday. Currently traveling without my medication. Finding a new dermatologist as soon as I’m back in town. Can’t give a low enough star rating.

Stay away at all costs! Super greasy billing practices! They will not share with you an accurate bull of what procedures were being done! Very unprofessional, they will keep you waiting in lobby for 30 mins after arriving on time. No wonder there Boulder office was shut down! Disgusting!

Was able to make a last minute appointment without issue. Doctor correctly diagnosed my skin condition and prescribed the proper medication. Bedside manner was not the warmest I’ve received but everything else was fine. I will definitely consider visiting again in the future.
