I just spent my morning at this spa and my entire experience from my welcome at the front desk, to the preparation of my services was amazing. I came in for a Mom getaway in town and got the 30 min express massage by Kitty, she is AMAZING and the massage was perfection! Rubia who attends in the locker room and spa area is phenomenal and very attentive to your needs. I was able to spend a couple hours after my service enjoying the cold plunge, the hot tub and steam room and dry sauna. It was just what this mama needed!

Terrific facility. Great place to relax after massages. Hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna and wet sauna were incredible.

Meant to put 1 star. Last time I went the server totally ignored us for 30min. They wasn’t even busy. But because our color wasn’t on her priority list we waited forever for service. Finally another guy felt bad and came over to check on us and she finally came to our table. Moral of the story won’t be back!

I came here a few weeks ago and had the best experience! This was my first time getting a massage so I was a little nervous about the process but Carrie at check-in was super helpful and sweet when I was expressed my hesitation. I waited in the hot tub while sipping on some bubbly and the staff made sure everyone there was comfortable and hydrated, which I really appreciated. Then came time for the massage. Haley walked me back to her room and she made me feel very comfortable during the whole thing. It was the most relaxed I have ever felt in all my 22 years of life, and I walked out of there feeling “massage drunk” as they put it haha. All in all my first massage experience set the bar very high, and I will definitely be returning!

We arrived 15 minutes late for a massage because we couldn’t get done with out lunch on time upstairs (waiting for check and what-not). We were told our 50 minute massage would then just be 30 minutes. The right thing to do would have been to just cancel the appointment rather than charge me a full $350 for a couples massage that only lasted 30 minutes! That was fully taking advantage. Plus, it’s a 5-star hotel. They need to plan to have extra therapists on hand in case people are late rather than giving terrible service and shaming you for being late. I then received the worst massage of my life (well second to worst) because the lady was rough and going so fast it actually stressed me out rather than relaxing me. I told them the service was bad at the front and they gave me a discount and said they would get back to me but didn’t. I’m very disappointed. Not to mention the spa itself was NOT 5-star (or 4-star). It was in very much a need of a renovation. I was SO disappointed. And don’t want anyone else wasting their time or money.

The amenities are not as grandiose as maybe some other luxury hotel spas, but I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Zoya (sp?) was my masseuse and an absolute master of pressure, heat, and dynamic movement. She gave the perfect amount of attention to my problem areas without me even mentioning it. The bed was warm, the ambient music was relaxing, I absolutely loved every second of it. I only wish I could hire Zoya every week. Parking was validated.

I love the Four Seasons and have been to several of their spa’s around the world. This particular spa was a disappointing. It was too crowded and filled with teenage girls. Maybe it was during a particular time of the year but it was too loud & my service seemed rushed. I left with more anxiety than I came in with. I haven’t returned since as this first visit was also my last.

Last minute plan other spas were booked up so we decided to go here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile I asked if they had any openings and checked and saw that they had one in the next 15 min I was escorted to the locker room and a nice attendent showed me where everthing was at the peach tea is great! The male massager Robert is great with his hands! I enjoyed myself and will return in the future. The prices are high but worth it.

I have been to the spa a handful of times and have had a wonderful experience every time. That’s why I continued to go back. Yesterday was the worst pedicure and service I have ever received. I will not be returning. I paid for an hour pedicure, it lasted 35-40 minutes. She only massaged 1 leg for all of a minute. I could tell she was in a hurry.
