Look if you want a licensed/trained massage therapist, this may not be the place for you (last review). I went in knowing full well I would be getting an Asian style massage. What I didn’t know is how well of a massage the girl would give me. Yes they walk on your back but dang that girl did one heck of a job with her feet! And yes she used her hands too. The girl at the counter was also very sweet. Pricing was good too compared to other massages in HB ($55/hr). I most definitely will be back.

Had a migraine and was throwing up because it was so bad. I was event sent home from work because of it. Jennifer the owner got me in last minute. I am so grateful that she did. Holly was my massage therapist and I walked out of there with no migraine and feeling like a million bucks! Then when I got out I was expecting to pay at least $80 for a last minute appointment like most places that charge you extra but to my surprise only $40! I will definitely be returning and recommending to anybody and everybody I know.

I walked in barely able to walk due to overwhelming stress that had my neck, shoulders, and spine all bound up. An hour later I floated out. My massage therapist checked with me many times to make sure pressure was good and that I was ok. I’m so glad I found this place.

What a great find! After running the Surf City Half, I treated myself to a massage. I called Body and Sole but no one answered. A few minutes later, Jennifer called me back and said it wouldn’t be a problem to come in. For $40 I received a GREAT massage from Linda. I’m not gonna lie… There were a few times I had tears in my eyes cuz she went way deep tissue and I could’ve asked her to lighten up, but I really needed to get the lactic acid out. As soon as she started on my feet, I think I fell asleep; it was that good. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was suggested this place from another therapist, who comes here to replenish. I called ahead for a private room massage, she checked and confirmed. I arrived and found parking and all in all took 3 min over the scheduled time. I got a call asking if I was coming or not because if not, they were closing everything up…The appt was at 8pm and the place was advertised to close 9:30pm…but okay, hurry hurry. I went in and she asked what service did I want because all she had available was the community room for $25/hr even though I called ahead for a private room for $40/hr. I took it anyway at this point. The good I can say is that the ppl were nice, very sweet for the most part. So I wanted to like this place. The prices were great and I was assured the guy who would work on me was really good. Unfortunately the service was one of the worst massages I have had and I had just had a terrible massage the night before, hoping this one would be better to make up for it. Wrong. Not even half way through I had wished I hadn’t wasted my money. I hate leaving bad reviews on businesses but future clients should be aware of the good, the bad and the ugly. I shape my view of places, before I go there, based on others reviews and the majority here speak highly. Then I go and have a subpar experience. Either ppl aren’t honest or those that weren’t happy aren’t bothering to review or maybe more ppl really did have a much better experience than what I’m getting. Either way could use some improvement somewhere.

Jimmy sweet Jimmy…. A huge thank you to the yelper who recommended requesting Jimmy, he seems to be able to find my sore spots and focuses on those. You can always let the front desk know if you want more attention paid to a certain area are you if you have some sore spots and they will pass along the message. This place is perfect they have always managed to fit me in for an appointment and are friendly and professional. I just left and I already can’t wait to go back….
