Since I have been going there they have gotten me on the right track with my gout as far as helping me with nutrition and getting me on the right supplements. I came to Body Health and Wellness with high hopes and recommended by a friend with the intention of losing some extra pounds before NYE and what a difference! Misty and Rachel were amazing and so helpful with this process. I lost 18 + pounds before I knew it (4 weeks) and now I feel great and happy with the way I look. The HCG plan was difficult at first but after the first week it was smooth sailing with no issues. I was skeptical at first with giving myself a shot everyday but after the first one since I was going into the fat wasn’t bad at all. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to look and feel great please go see them! Now I can feel confident in my swimwear come this summer! I am now in a size 26×34 jeans too!
