Rachael Davis Hair Studio

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease don’t go here. I got my haircut once about a year ago, they did horribly, and then I had to go get it fixed by the owner. Now, I decided to give them another shot with a different stylist, and it was messed up too. Uneven and extremely choppy. I paid about $50 for the initial haircut by Kayla. I called back to get it fixed, and while I was in the chair about to get it fixed, Suzy told me she was going to charge $30 for a fix just to even up the tips. I have never heard of anything like this in my life. So am I supposed to pay $80 for a completely botched haircut? Why would I want to get my hair fixed by the exact person who botched my hair the first time? So now I’m walking around with uneven and choppy hair. To the point where people call it out and tell me that my haircut looks bad. I do not recommend this business. I’ve been here multiple times and each time it was completely unsatisfactory and a joke. Please don’t go here. I got my haircut once about a year ago, they did horribly, and then I had to go get it fixed by the owner. Now, I decided to give them another shot with a different stylist, and it was messed up too. Uneven and extremely choppy. I paid about $50 for the initial haircut by Kayla. Positive: Punctuality, QualityI had a great experience yesterday at my appointment! I feel absolutely horrible I don’t remember my stylists name but she did a great job. I am new to town and was nervous to try somewhere new, but she made my experience awesome. A full highlight and a haircut and style. I was a little upset about some brass coming through but we booked another appointment and I can’t wait to finish my hair!! Stylist can’t control how your hair will lighten but I think she did an amazing job with what I asked for. I’ve been on a journey for awhile to becoming a full blonde and she made it perfect. Just a couple more appointments and my hair will be absolutely how I wanted it!! Overall nice staff and cute salon!! I had a great experience yesterday at my appointment! I feel absolutely horrible I don’t remember my stylists name but she did a great job. I am new to town and was nervous to try somewhere new, but she made my experience awesome. A full highlight and a haircut and style. I have had my hair done a few times before this and this is the first time I am beyond satisfied with the results. Suzy truly understood what I wanted and went out of her way to make it happen and I appreciate it so much! She also made sure to keep me involved the whole time and make sure I knew what was going on which I haven’t seen very often either. I had my hair done with Suzy yesterday, it was my first experience with Rachael Davis hair studio and let me just say it was amazing! I have had my hair done a few times before this and this is the first time I am beyond satisfied with the results. Suzy truly understood what I wanted and went out of her way to make it happen and I appreciate it so much! She also made sure to keep me involved the whole time and make sure I knew what was going on which I haven’t seen very often either.
