Haven’t been at this location for last couple month from having a bad experience with manicure application. Came back today to give it another try and quality has definitely went down sadly. Nothing like it was a year ago. Pedicure was great but manicure was not. Lots of bubbles on top coat egdes of nail bed not completely covered. Time to find a new place. Pic posted was from a couple of months ago not today. It was a redone manicure that I was still charged with having top coat holes like swiss cheese and to them it was okay. Unacceptable!

I was recommended this place by a co worker. When I got there I wasn’t given enough time to pick a color before they rushed me to a chair. The colors they had to choose from wasn’t very good. When Ty was done my nails so thick and bubbly I’ve never seen anything like it. They were extremely slow. By the time it was over I just paid and ran out the door. I gave them a try and I wish I had never walked in. I paid almost $140 dollars for something I absolutely hate.

If you’re looking to get your nails done, Nee is the girl to see!! She does such an amazing job every single time I see her. If I show her a picture of a design I want, she perfectly replicates it! She takes pride in the work that she does and you can definitely tell. She will make sure you absolutely love your nails before you leave. She definitely earned a lifelong client!

I thought I loved this place but I went back there for a broken nail & since the original person that did them, Tony, wasn’t working today, they charged me for someone else to fix my nail. Since I was there I decided to get my nails filed down a tiny bit cause they were a bit too long. They charged me $17 for this!!!! Plus $2 for using my credit card!!!! For one nail fixed & to file them down!!!! I don’t even like the one nail she fixed cause the glitter isn’t even. There are gaps & it looks bad. I asked her twice to fix this & she said she can’t. Also, last time I was here I got a basic pedicure with regular polish & it was $45! That’s insane. I will definitely not be returning here.

I stopped in to try Blossom Nail Spa on Friday before a Tuesday business trip. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and everything seemed to go fine. When I got home I noticed my nails were a bit uneven but still looked fine. Fast forward to Tuesday, I have two chipped nails and a third one looks like it is starting to lift from the nail. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the work, especially for the price.

They are great! I was in a major rush. One did my nails and another my feet, at the same time…extremely accommodating! I just did a quick SNS for my nails because I didn’t have time for tips but, they offered. Great pedicure options as well!

Well, I don’t even know where to start about my horrible experience at this location very beautiful salon but the way that I was treated was horrific. I would never recommend this place for anyone. It’s a scam they overcharge and they don’t do quality work. I was referred to someone by the name of James, so I went to him, sat down at his station. He never asked me what I wanted. He immediately started working on my nails he put real pointed acrylic nails on me. I asked him if they had colored acrylic powder he stated no, after he completed a couple nails, I told him I didn’t want pointed nails. He assured me that he would make them square once he got a full set on after a couple of nails that were completely crooked. I told him I didn’t think it was going to work. He immediately got up and pushed his chair against the wall was gone 10 minutes. Then some lady came to me She recommended that I see another technician . I repeatedly asked for a manager. They stated that there was no managers on site that they were in Texas. She did what she could to try to fix my nails. She stated that they did have acrylic powder and went and got some for me upon checking out. I asked again for a manager. They stated there was no manager on site. My bill went from $49-$57 and I disputed the charges because I was very unhappy with my nails , when the lady came in behind me and asked for gift cards, I shared with her my experience and she recognized a manager immediately from being a regular customer so when the manager came over to me, he only agreed to do a five dollar discount and stated the company didn’t have any money and he’d have to pay the nail technicians commission and so he couldn’t discount the work. The way that I was treated for two hours and lied to and left with crooked nails I was just completely blown away of my treatment and the lies and the scam that this company is. There’s about 10 kids teenagers that sit up at the station all on their cell phones. It felt like an assembly line at a factory that that’s the only explanation. I do not recommend this place. Once I recognized who the manager was he came literally over to the station where I was getting my nails fixed and spoken in another language to my nail technician the whole time I was asking for a manager because I didn’t speak their language. They were trying to keep it on the down low that he was there. This was literally the worst set of nails I’ve ever had.

If I could give this place 0 stars, i absolutely would. first off, the pricing is so expensive for garbage quality. i purchased a gel manicure with the hot stones. the black gel polish that i picked out wasn’t even used and was replaced with a black polish that was nowhere as dark as the one i picked out. my nail tech not only sliced my cuticle, but also completely forgot to buff my right hand. so many spots on my nails were missed, she did not even paint the sides of my nails. she rushed through the prep and the painting, which resulted in nails that look cheap, and look like i painted them at home. i got my nails done on monday and it’s currently thursday and the polish on one of my nails has already peeled off. how does that even happen with gel??? she genuinely painted, prepped, and finished my nails all in a matter of 10 minutes. i wish i was joking. there was a massage that also came with the hot stone package, and she completely rushed through it and scrubbed my arms so incredibly hard, it was almost painful. the receptionist was extremely rude and uninterested, and there were no nail licenses or certifications anywhere to be found on the walls, or anywhere visible. i could overhear the lady next to me telling the nail tech that she didn’t follow her requests and that her nails looked nothing like she wanted. this place seems scammy and it’s completely unbelievable how expensive it was just for my hands to get treated poorly and for the gel to immediately peel away. i wish i was even exaggerating in the slightest. i’m not one to leave reviews, but this place was so incredibly terrible that i needed to leave my first review so others can steer away from this place. i am so disappointed and upset.

Excellent gel manicure in a clean environment with a welcoming vibe. I especially appreciate that they provide a top notch service and still work quickly. Although I have not had one yet, I hear their pedicures are a luxurious experience, hold up well and look excellent.
