Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToni does an excellent job – I have gone to her for YEARS and every time I have been pleased. She is incredibly thorough with her technique. I have long, thick, coarse, curly hair that takes me approximately 2-2.5 hours to style without processing. That time is reduced to a half an hour after my Brazilian Blowout. Toni is a professional and as such she has limited availability – I book through the online system and confirm with her. I have never had an issue with my appointment time not being met. Toni does an excellent job – I have gone to her for YEARS and every time I have been pleased. She is incredibly thorough with her technique. My hair is all natural, and she did a very great job with helping me maintain my beach curl look throughout this humid weather. My hair feels so soft, silky and light. i just can’t wait to get back just for the wash, the knowledge she shares with me in order to maintain my hair in between. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityToni is very unprofessional and doesn’t respect a clients time. Please go else where. I have made three appointments with her and all three she failed to contact me to cancel she has a complete disregard for time and I hope she understands she cannot do this to people especially in the midst of a pandemic where it takes several steps to find a sitter and or taking time off work. This experience has made me feel so disrespected I can’t even begin to describe how upset Toni has made me. Toni is very unprofessional and doesn’t respect a clients time. Please go else where. I have made three appointments with her and all three she failed to contact me to cancel she has a complete disregard for time and I hope she understands she cannot do this to people especially in the midst of a pandemic where it takes several steps to find a sitter and or taking time off work.
