Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI came to this place hoping to find a closer nail salon to home. I came to get a manicure and pedicure and at first the lady was nice she started to do my nails and first coat I didn’t liked it. Nail polish was touching my cuticle and I told her I don’t like when nail polish is touching my skin. She said she wasn’t done that she will remove it after she’s done. So I let her finish her work, after she was done I told her again that I didn’t liked it. Here’s a picture of the finish. She got offended and yell at me that I was rude to her that I had to pay now that she will not do my pedicure anymore since I didn’t liked her work. I told her that was okay I could wait for someone else. She then said that no that no one else wanted to do my pedicure because no one else wanted to work with me. I was this close to walk out! She said that she’ll removed the gel since I didn’t liked it. I was okay with that so I go back to her desk. While she was removing the gel instead of having a moment of silence she was still insulting me and I would respond calm and directly. She said to not come back because I was rude, I lost it when she told me I should be nicer since I’m pregnant, and less of a “bissh” I had enough with the pregnancy insult.. that I finally yelled her back and told her she was the rudest “bishh” and this was my worst customer service experience. She should of stay quiet and just removed the gel but instead decided to insult a pregnant women. I got up and when I was walking out I said well since I’m rude and a “bissh” here you go I thru some water on the floor and walked out.I know I shouldn’t acted that way but that lady had me in my last nerve. I came to this place hoping to find a closer nail salon to home. I came to get a manicure and pedicure and at first the lady was nice she started to do my nails and first coat I didn’t liked it. Nail polish was touching my cuticle and I told her I don’t like when nail polish is touching my skin. She said she wasn’t done that she will remove it after she’s done. Critical: QualityI had to rate to leave review. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. Kept cutting my fingers and my nails started lifting 2 days after. He got acrylic all over my hands and kept trying to up charge me even after I told him exactly what I wanted. Even tried to keep the change as tip money. I had to rate to leave review. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. Kept cutting my fingers and my nails started lifting 2 days after. He got acrylic all over my hands and kept trying to up charge me even after I told him exactly what I wanted. Even tried to keep the change as tip money. Definitely not going back to this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismPoor customer service.. customer was told loudly for whole shop to hear how bad his feet were that he needed a Doctor to fix.. she will do his feet tthis time . but unless he keeps up once per month she wouldn’t do again. .. Confidential Personal matter.. World didn’t need to know..Unperfessional.After my legs getting slapped on… border line abuse… No lotion on legs or feet after pedicure.. just slapping so loud everyone in shop noticed… when asked how much my check was…her Broken English sounded like what I had paid b4.. which was 50$ . she said 60$..I asked her to repeat herself when she screamed damn near top of her voice 60$!!!
