I’ve used to go this salon before and all the time I’ve got a good service. And now I don’t know what happened but I’d tried to schedule a keratin appt for 3 times and when I could finally get one and I’d scheduled for couple weeks in advance. I’ve got a cancelation at the same day the appt was without any notification in advance. I had some plans too and not happy with this.

I was in need of a new hair stylist after moving to the Palatine area. After hours of searching I found Blake Anthony Salon. When I called in to make the appointment, Maria answered the phone. She was very friendly, warm and made me feel like I had been a customer for years already! She was able to squeeze me in very last minute which I was incredibly thankful for! With Covid and recently having a baby my hair was BAD. She took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and the level of blonde I wanted to be. She was super quick and did exactly what I wanted. I am very picky with my color and cut, and she nailed it her first time ever seeing me! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here! Their vibe in the salon was awesome too. Everyone is very friendly and acts like a family, which is rare in salons! I’ve found my new stylist and couldn’t be happier!

Please know I don’t write reviews. A place or experience has to REALLY impress me to sincerely take the time to write one. That said- you won’t find a better salon, customer service or stylists at any other establishment (both in town, in Chicagoland and Illinois). I know because I’ve shopped around. I have wanted a particular color for years and after being turned down or given absolutely unrealistic estimates- I decided one last try after reading reviews and seeing pictures from this salon. Tony and Maria NAILED the color I’ve been wanting. Tony worked on me for hours, was extremely positive and pleasant and if I didn’t like anything she’d assure me I wasn’t leaving until I was happy! Tony did my haircut which was better than what I wanted and made my incredibly damaged hair healthy again. Maria was awesome! She helped with the coloring and knows her stuff! All the stylists were offering me food or beverages and even the woman running the desk would check in on me. If I had the extra money I honestly would have had my nails done too! VERY clean. VERY welcoming. NOT over priced. I’ve already been stopped several times at the store and gas station to get compliments on the color. GO HERE! You won’t be sorry.

Great experience with Nancy!! I got a cut and style which was just what I wanted. But she was good enough to listen to me when I said I was going to a wedding…so she styled my hair for that too! So so great! Looks amazing!

My favorite beauty place The girls take care of my hair ♀️here, also manicure and pedicure , and i want to try facials here as well, I don’t think i am gonna be disappointed by the results b’cause from what i tried i am more than satisfied. Also my husband has his hair done at this place. The staff is very nice and flexible with my schedule. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have one place for everything and don’t waste time running from one saloon to another.

I really wanted to leave a good review but I just can’t. I went in for hair botox(softening treatment/getting rid of frizz for up to 2 months). My hair is very frizzy and curly. The process took 2.30 hrs. The stylist was nice and everyone was sweet at the salon. However, my treatment lasted literally couple days until I washed my hair. I literally bought new shampoo+conditioner that are organic and sulfate, silicone, parabens free specifically for aftercare. What a waste of money. I literally just washed my hair ONCE and there is absolutely no difference. I understand it does not straighten hair, but it’s supposed to get rid of frizz at least. I mean what is the point of this expensive treatment anyway? I expected it at least to last for 2-3 weeks. I am not sure if the stylist used a bad product or she didn’t do it right. I asked her couple times during the treatment “when I wash it, will it be frizzy again?” She was like “Noooooo not at all”. I am just being honest with my review and i am upset i spent all these money for nothing. Absolutely nothing. If i knew this would last only till I wash my hair ONCE, I would have gotten a blow dry with flat iron with my hairstylist for $30.00. Seriously. Because that is all the result I got. So disappointed, wish I had my money back. No offense, people were nice there but absolutely pointless treatment. This “botox treatment” is just like a deep conditioning treatment which costs up to 30.00, that’s it.
