I came in for the Ballancer Pro lymphatic treatment and it did not disappoint! The compression feels SO good on the feet/leg area I honestly did not want to leave! I’ve done a lot of research around different cold therapies and the healing benefits of cold exposure so a friend referred me to Artic Fire. I had a great experience, Regan (the owner) was super helpful both during the process of my 3 min full body Cryo session and afterward, giving me a tour of the facility and explaining the benefits of their different heat and cold exposure systems. Higher recommend giving them a shot!

I tried the whole body cryotherapy session and as soon as I got out all my muscle soreness went away immediately. If you have muscle soreness, tightness, aches, 100% recommend buying the intro session for whole body. Also to note, Regan & Kelsey provide a great experience the entire time.

I have had 3 Cryo sessions for my broken foot so far. The amazing staff as always is incredible. The Cryo sessions have lead to a huge reduction in swelling and a amazing lessen of discomfort. I have no pain any longer when I walk because of Arctic Fire Cryo. I have used the full body tank as well as the LED Sauna and these procedures are just as amazing.
