I made an appointment in advance to have a skin care consultation with Sara. She was flexible with my schedule. When I arrived, I understood that I needed to wait a few minutes. A woman that was not Sara began putting cream on all the areas I needed treated without really explaining anything. She then attempts to thread my eyebrows without asking my permission. I told her that I was only there for a skin care consultation, so she pauses. She is chatting with her coworkers in a language that isn’t Spanish or English. She begins threading my eyebrows without asking me. It’s done, now they start talking about tinting my eyebrows. I’m wondering if I’ll have money to pay for everything, skin care included. I tell the woman I don’t want the tint, and all her coworkers chimed in that I needed it. I don’t like causing a scene, and they’ve already made the situation uncomfortable, so she tints my brows. It’s all pretty quick. I’m still “waiting” for my skin consultation…… and I finally get back there and Sara tells me her prices…. they’re not what I could afford that day, so I leave with nothing that I actually wanted. It was all a scam, in my honest opinion.. and I rarely leave bad reviews because I know businesses need the money right now, and I even left the woman a good tip, but their scam is straight up deceptive.

I ask for face laser in the place and the lady told me it will cost me $50 for removing some dark spots …after she finish working she charge me $350… Saying oh no I said $350 not 50 so I have no choice be careful it’s all a scam Laser hair removal

They started with some basic services and now offer waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, henna and a ton of other services. Cheap, high quality service from friendly and accommodating staff. I recommend Beauty Secrets to all of my friends and I honestly wait to come here rather than other places when I’m staying out of town.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for threading and since half my lashes had fallen, she convinced me to get a new set. The remover of the old lashes was such a horrid, painful experience she must have pulled out half of my real lashes! Then came the application of the new set…. she glued them to my eyelid, and over SEVERAL not just to an individual lash as she was supposed to! Will NEVER GO BACK! Now I have to wait for my lashes to grow out before I can get my lashes done by my normal lash girl! I would post pictures of my swollen eyelid sand the white stringing stuff oozing from my eye preventing me to see with or without my glasses!
