Bristol was excellent. I was visiting from out of town and have only ever had a bad sugaring experience in AK (if you haven’t switched from waxing to sugaring- do so stat). What they did to my brows I can’t reveal but let’s just say in decades of various brow work this was flawless and lasting! They must be magicians. Critical: ProfessionalismWent here for a wax, was over 10 minutes late so my appointment got canceled. Which I was okay with cause they only have a 10 minute grace period. What I wasnt okay with was the womans attitude and lack of professionalism. She talked very sternly and when she thought I was out of ear shot had the nerve to talk about me with the other ladies after I left. Calling me names which made me not want to reschedule. Went here for a wax, was over 10 minutes late so my appointment got canceled. Which I was okay with cause they only have a 10 minute grace period.
