Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE!! The women had no idea what she was doing. She basically cut my nails off when I asked for a little trim. Told the owner I can’t do this and how much do I owe, she charged me $35. For nails that weren’t even done and all messed up.She also told me I can park on the street on the phone, I got a ticket. The women cut me twice and the owner said your not bleeding so she didn’t cut you. She told me I need to speak spanish to her, I do not speak Spanish. I’ve never been treated so horrible. I will be reporting them to the BBB. The girls are great! They do a good job. For some reason sometimes the service is more expensive than it supposed to. I literally did the same design as before. from $40 it went to $62. I wanted a simple gel French manicure and they were out of the nude polish that goes before the white line; they didn’t even give me other options until I spoke out and said I wanted a darker sandy color. I just came from Ivanny nail salon i go every 2 weeks to get my nails done everyone there is nice and friendly every time i go . But my favorite nail tech is Ivy she takes her time, to do the design of your choice , all you have to do is show her a picture of what you want and she does it the same way shes very talented and I highly recommend her .

I had such a horrible experience. I set 2 appointments a week in advance, when we show up the women told me i only set one appointment and she could not take both if us. Even after we drove over an hour to visit this salon. She was extremely rough and was not friendly at all. The atmosphere was very negative and we felt unwelcomed. My origin design i asked for she didnt want to do so i settled for a simpler design. She rushed thru my nails and they were sloppy. At that point i didnt even care i just wanted out of the salon. At the end when i was leaving i thanked her and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!! By far my worst experience at a nail salon and it was my birthday witch she totally ruined the beginning of my day

I went to this place for the first time and i had a horrible experience. The lady who did my nail her name is Arielis. She was rough and cut my skin while doing my nails. I spoke with the manger about this situation the same day i was doing my nails and she didn’t do nothing about it. The next day my nail polish chips and i called following business day and manger wasn’t available. I called next day spoke with manger and she tells me she’s busy to come back next day. i came back next day and i told her the time i was available so she can do my nails. When i arrive she was doing someone’s nail so i waited patiently. Then she starts doing someone else nails, so i asked her what time is she going to be able to fix my nail she says an hour later which makes no sense. I work hard for my money and i shouldn’t have to come back to get my nails fix when they should have been done correctly to begin with. The manger has an attitude. There is no customer service here. It’s an unprofessional nail place. The fact the manger didn’t handle the situation when my nail got cut shows they don’t care about the customer as long as they get the money. I want to make others aware of this place. Don’t waste your time and money here. This was my first and last time i ever do nails here.
