I used to love Beauty Art. It was my go to place. I would recommend it to friends and family as well. However, customer service and quality of work has declined significantly. I will not be returning. My recent appt was scheduled for 11:30. 3 different workers walked part without saying a word to me. I sat there until 12:05 when I was finally acknowledged. I got all over color and a haircut which was to cost between $50-$60. I was charged $85…a $25-$35 upcharge -that was not disclosed in the beginning due to my long, thick hair. My hair comes to my bra line.

I always go to beauty art and have my usual stylist and its always amazing. This morning I did an impromptu visit hoping I could get in with my usual girl but she was booked. I asked if anyone else could do it and thank goodness there was. I was nervous to have someone else cut my hair BUT this woman was amazing! Beauty Art really does, ONLY employ the BEST! Thank you for fitting me in and amazing cut!!

I don’t go anywhere else to get a trim now. I always schedule an appointment with Sarah, she does an amazing job every time. The prices are so much cheaper than anywhere else in the area. They also do $10 cuts on Mondays, although it is extremely busy and you have to wait a very long time unless you have an appointment.
