Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHorrible Customer Service! I made an appointment with Yolanda. She had given me a good Cut once before & I live nearby, so the location was convenient. I arrived exactly on time & she was still busy with another customer. I don’t mind waiting a bit, so wasn’t bothered at first. After 30 minutes, I asked her if she remembered that I had an appointment at 3pm. She said she did, didn’t apogize & seemed unconcerned that she had me waiting. I continued to wait another hour & she still wasn’t done with the same client. I asked what time that client had been booked for & she said 2pm, which means she had been doing her hair for 2 1/2 hours for just a haircut & blow out & still wasn’t done. Never once did Yolanda or Arely say anything to me about waiting so long or apologize! I finally couldn’t wait anymore because Who Would after waiting so long & such unprofessional & poor service? I was Very Upset & told her she lost a client. She didn’t care, said “That’s fine” & still did not even attempt to apologize. Stay Away! Horrible Customer Service! I made an appointment with Yolanda. She had given me a good Cut once before & I live nearby, so the location was convenient. I arrived exactly on time & she was still busy with another customer. I don’t mind waiting a bit, so wasn’t bothered at first. Yolanda cut off too much of my hair, even when I told her not to do more than an inch because I don’t like it too short. She was also very slow & not very nice. She doesn’t seem to care about her customers, their feelings & what they want. I won’t ever go back after my last experience. I don’t normally give reviews, but feel that I need to now. Yolanda cut off too much of my hair, even when I told her not to do more than an inch because I don’t like it too short. She was also very slow & not very nice. She doesn’t seem to care about her customers, their feelings & what they want. I won’t ever go back after my last experience. I don’t Recommend, Keep Looking!
