We do not provide ANY form of artificial nails including schellac, dip powder, or acrylic as we feel that these processes cause damage to the natural nails. We do not have jets in our pedicure baths to avoid cross-contamination. We use all hospital grade disinfectants to sanitize our implements and stations. Our goal is to combine education with detailed maintenance and perfect 5-Free polish of your hands and feet in a positive, relaxing and clean atmosphere.

Atir was the only salon in Williamsburg I would go to in the past. Unfortunately, they permanently closed the Williamsburg store while I was on vacation and I had pre-paid for several services. There is no information on the website about receiving a refund or how to use your prepayment for products, and no one has responded to my emails. The voice message says something about getting products, but the store was already empty and there’s no way to leave a message. So, I guess my prepaid package was a charitable donation? What’s up Atir? Lesson learned, never buy a prepaid package.

When I called to make an appointment I spoke to Brittany and she was SO friendly and welcoming on the phone that even though their appointments were a couple weeks out I figured it was worth the wait. I also had called a couple other places and I’m sorry but they were no were near as nice as them. Fast forward to my appointment with my friend. My tech was Jade and hers was I think Elizabeth. They were just amazing souls. We all chatted and had a great time. They made us feel very comfortable and they had such friendly attitudes! They also did a wonderful job on our nails. They were also very informative. As for the aesthetic, it’s very modern and clean. Beautiful place really. The pedicures are cool because they use stainless steel sinks which are much better for cleanliness. You also sit on a comfy long couch with pillows and a pull out tray if you have any drinks. When I called to make an appointment I spoke to Brittany and she was SO friendly and welcoming on the phone that even though their appointments were a couple weeks out I figured it was worth the wait. I love it here. Super clean. I don’t look at ordinary nail salons the same anymore. From the floor layout to the clean, calm, friendly environment you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ladies are helpful and kind. My nails are strong and healthy still.

Literally you’re paying someone to wash your feet and file your nails. Beautiful aesthetics, customer service was okay. Pedicure service I definitely would not recommend. I personally am disappointed given I ended up with sore and nicked cuticles.
