We always try to be professional with our client .We are doing everything we can so our customers can be satisfied and happy. For future client please come see us. This has been the best experience. The owner is very sweet and nice. She really cares about her work and my daughter’s hair was super neat and pretty. She does not braid tight and she made sure that her parts were oiled. I made another appointment because I was so pleased. Box Braids

I won’t be returning! My hair looks awful. All I ask for was a braided up bun with 8 feed in braids. Parting is not straight and the braids are not neat looking at all. I’ve never had such a bad experience here until today and I’m out of 100.00 and have to get someone else to do my hair. Not sure what the problem was but I’m over this shop as of today!!!!!

Absolutely love getting my hair braided here. I’ve been going for over 3 years. From knotless, box braids, goddess, cornrows, I’m never disappointed. Ms. Mary is my favorite. Her daughter did knotless for me, and she did an amazing job. My braids are always neat, and I get exactly what I want every time. The best-hands down!! Braids

When I walked in, I was not sure what style I wanted. She helped me to figure out a style and then she got started on me very quickly. Braiding my hair normally takes 10 to 12 hours, because my hair is so thick, but they finished mine in record time! It only took about 5 hours. If you come in and they don’t have anyone there to braid your hair at the time, they will call someone to come in and they are there pretty quick. I will continue to use them!

The Owner “Mary” Has A Very Nasty Attitude. Every Time She Did My Hair, She Would Ask Me To Get Up. So She Could Do Someone Else’s Hair. Telling Me That It Would Not Take Long. Then Expected Me To Pay Her $120, That’s After The Fact That, She Had Me To Get Up, So She Could Do 2-3 People Hair. That’s Crazy As Hell, So I’ve Found Someone Who’s Professional. And She Does An Awesome Job. I’ll Never Ever Go Back To “Kassia Hair Braiding.” Now I Said What I Said!!! ✌✌✌
