I was with Courtney and I swear I’ve never had a better experience in my life. She was so sweet and kind and amazing, we talked almost the whole 5-hour appointment (I was bleaching and cutting my dark brown hair so that was the expected time frame) Not only was she an amazing person, but she did an incredible job on my hair. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments and I’m so happy with it. She also gave me styling and care tips as well as some free stuff since I was letting myself get my hair done as a treat for a medical issue that I’m in recovery from. I was blown away by the service I received at Ashen Salon. I went to see Courtney for highlights after doing some research – it was my first time in the salon and tried to find someone who had experience and knowledge of blonde highlights (I have dark brown hair and have been coloring and highlighting my hair for years – did not want my highlights to go warm).
