Just tried my first Cryo session and it was awesome! I decided to stop into Apex after dealing with back pain for the last few weeks. I did not know much about the process walking in and Johnny did a great job informing of the benefits and history of cryotherapy. The treatment was cold, brrrrr, but after I felt wide awake and energized and my back pain definitely felt better. I would definitely recommend Apex Cryotherapy if you are considering the treatment.

I highly recommend this process to all age groups. Frankly, I started as a skeptic but encouraged by my son who has been doing cryotherapy for some time, I gave it a try. I had sciatica and a rotator cuff injury that was painful and almost to the point of debilitating. After 2 months of a committed routine the sciatica is completely gone and I have regained “normal” use of my right arm. I highly recommend cryotherapy . Apex staff is very patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The facility is clean and well kept. Definitely a must!!!
