Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for a manicure/ pedicure for 11:00 am. Walked in at 11:00 am. No one greeted me. I sat down, waited for 15 minutes. Then I went up to counter to inform the lady that I had an appointment. She said it would be a few minutes as the guy was in the process of painting another customer’s toes. I said fine and told them I would be back in 10 min. I came back and he was doing gel on her toes. I waited 5 minutes, then left. I was there an entire hr. No service! I had a wonderful experience. I recieved a pedicure and it was excellent. When it came time to polish them, I didn’t like it, I didn’t like the color when it went on. He stopped got more colors brought them to me. After picking another color he repolish my nails. Price was great, they’re lower than most..I was very pleased with their work. Definitely would recommend.

Critical: Qualitythis was probably the worst pedicure I have ever had . he put lotion on my legs and NO MASSAGE AT ALL! i specifically stated I do not like short nails and he filed them wayy to short THEN..starts to paint them and painted like a 2 year old … after the second chance I asked for the lady to do it..never again

The lady that does the nails at this place does a great job. I have had my nails done at other places and have had them chip, lift etc., I can go 3 weeks without a problem… I highly recommend

Didnt get asked if wanted a massage just took it upon himself to automatically paint my toes, no flip flops or w.e the things are that spread your toes from touching are, pedicure was barely 10 minutes, no hott rag . Just terrible ..
