I have been going here for months and always have a good experience. I will note that its under new management and they have made some updates and have more staff. The shop is clean and the staff are personable. I get dip powder and it lasts for several weeks, even though I have oily nails and most things chip/fall off. Recently I got dipped tips and and broke two within a week (dipping just the tips is not as strong as full dip)… I went in and they re-did all 10 nails for free. Plus gave me cute Christmas designs. Highly recommend!

he did not push my cuticles back and cut all my nails a different length, used too small of tips (the sides of my nails are showing on multiple fingers) uneven application on the acrylic and the polish you can see through the polish in some spots. maybe i caught them on a bad day but it was not a good experience Acrylic nails

I came here for a full set, I had never been here before and I usually go to VIP but they’ve been full and I needed them done before I went out of town. I checked reviews prior and they were a mix of good and bad just like about every other business out there. I arrived as soon as they opened so I had no wait. As soon as I walked in, there was a horrible smell, I was not quite sure what it was from but something was definitely rotting in there. It was a really dirty nail salon. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The build up of dust on the floor and counters was insane. Aside from that, the guy doing my nails was very nice and willing to try anything I asked and go the extra mile, but he was very sloppy and the quality of his work, today at least, was awful. I feel horrible saying that as he was so nice and helpful, but my thumb nail is so uneven, I have never had my nails be done botched and so many different shapes. Then, he stopped filing my nails to file his own, which were dirty, and then went back to filing mine. I didn’t say anything simply because I just wanted to get out of there and there was nothing he could do to fix them given what he originally did to my nails. I am only giving one star because I have to and how kind he was and he seemed like he was really trying his best. Coming from the money angle, do not come here thinking you’re going to get nice nails or that this place is sanitary. You will be disappointed. I would rather go to Walmart and buy press ons before I come here and spend a dime on what they did on my nails. There is no reason they should look the way they do receiving service from a professional nail salon that doesn’t seem so professional. You are guaranteed to come out of this place with either an infection, crooked & sloppy nails, &/or regret.

A little grossed out a few months ago when the wife of the owner was not gloved and was scratching a poison ivy cluster on her arm. She then preceeded to reach for my hand to do my nails. When I raised concern and did not feel comfortable with her working on me without washing her hands or gloving, it was a huge inconvenience for her. Speaking in her language to her husband and stopping off I was passed off to her husband. He tried to ease my concerns saying it was not contagious, I was not convinced and have not been back. I have been covered up with poison ivy and certainly did not want to risk it. Disgusting and rude.
