Absolutely love it here!! Everyone is so friendly, it’s clean & they always go above & beyond to make sure you leave happy! I’ve been to a lot of salons and none come close to Lotus nail! I’m one of those difficult customers that always wants something different and new, Rose never disappoints!! Definitely recommend this salon and give it an 11 out of 10

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GET ROSE , the owner whoever she Thinks she is . She is very unprofessional. If you ask her to fix something because you don’t like it she will get an attitude because she is lazy . She always does everything her way . If you want a certain type of nails she wont do the shape she’ll say she cant do it . Very lazy and unprofessional. I been going there for years and brought people in . Would not be going back to this spot again she did a really bad job doing my nails short for MY job and had the nerve to tell me they was too short and could not be a specific shape . She also put a nail on crooked and would not fix it to my liking , started yelling in the business. I left and went to another salon who FIXED the shape, who always provides GREAT service and listens . Do not go here if you are confident in speaking up about what you like and don’t like . I would never recommend again. Plus there is always other salons opened on Sundays as well they are NOT the only ones .
