My third massage here is well-deserved. Working moms love a tidy walk-in massage parlor. I seldom have free time, so I can’t plan ahead. This is my go-to salon since I can get same-day appointments and great service. Friendly, and the massage is great. I hate deep tissue and light massages. The masseuse worked on my trigger points and gave me a soothing, therapeutic massage.

The manager needs to drastically improve the service setups. I booked on line and when arrived there was only one massage therapist who had to serve a walk in. The whole clinic is empty (multiple room clinic) except the two customers including me.

The massage was good but the customer service is terrible & unprofessional! Lady got upset about tipping although I didn’t have a problem with it because I left a tip but she wanted more told me $56 each which is insane! Then I asked so I’m paying $400 in total? Couldn’t give an answer then put her hand in my face and said bye. This was my first experience & Im Never going back again!

Tried to come in for a reflexology massage while I was on my lunch break. I work within walking distance so I figured I’d pop in. They were empty, I told them what I wanted, I got sat down… And then another person came in that wanted a larger massage then what I had requested. I heard the two employees talk for a second and then I was told they were too busy and I needed to go to another location… I would understand if the other person had an appointment but they didn’t.. So I basically got told to leave because they wanted to do the more expensive massage… I’m on my feet all day long… And had saved and was looking forward to my massage but that’s ok I won’t be back. Horrible service.
