I’ve been to several massage places around Roseville and Sacramento, they’ve all been at least decent, some really great. This was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Ella was my masseuse, and her technique is flawless. My back gets extremely stiff (especially in my shoulders and shoulder blades) and I always need deep tissue massages, and often the masseuse has trouble really using as much pressure as is needed to loosen my muscles. Her techniques were like magic, she was able to really dig into the muscles in my back, and she always hit the perfect spot. I don’t remember the last time my back felt this good. If possible I will definitely be requesting her in the future.

I took a few of my relatives there recently and they were able to accommodate us right away & it didn’t cost too much, which was great. Regarding the massages, we were very disappointed. We were all in agreeance that they literally just rubbed lotion on us and barely massaged us. The only thing we enjoyed was the hot stones.

I went in last week to get a massage after 16 hours of work. One of the lady’s that was massaging my boyfriend was sniffling and sounded congested. Literally once i got up i started feeling sick. We both left feeling very sick. If you are sick do not come to work! We have a sore throat, cough and are congested and it literally happened leaving the place. Either they don’t wipe anything down or she’s sick. That’s unacceptable especially with covid going around. STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK

They do good work. I’ve been at tons of different massage locations. The masseuse asked what level of pressure I’d like, to which I responded “hard”. Felt more like medium pressure to me, but that’s probably due to her strength. I did enjoy the back walking massage. Felt more firm. They got us in within a day. Great location for a nice massage!

Massage was great but the room was hot and stuffy, came in feeling great and left feeling sick, have felt sick for two days runny nose, sore throat and cough, there have been others here who have mentioned getting sick well I got sick right after going to this place they are not following any cleaning procedures.

Positive: QualityThis was my first time getting a massage at this location and I loved it! I came out of my full body massage feeling so refreshed. The masseuse did a great job targeting the knots in my back. Very clean establishment, and sweet ladies! I’ll be coming back again, and next time for a 60-minute session because it was so good!

First off the lady rushed us into the room we were the first people there at 11am and didn’t even ask us our name or anything.Nothing fantastic about the massage just oil. We still enjoyed it. The only thing is, is that me and my bf just bought a house and are low on cash and it was our anniversary so we saved enough money to splurge on a couples massage for a special treat. As we were paying, we left a tip for each employee, the lady at the front desk said “is that for both of us?” And was watching my bf so intently as he wrote down the amount, Making us feel bad for our tip. We just paid $120 for the couples massage some people don’t have all the money in the world to tip alot of money and on top of that tip is always just an option to begin with. This was very unprofessional and quite rude, you just don’t do this to customers. And if you are going to be unhappy about it at least do it after the person leaves not right in front of them. We are not coming back. There are other places that can be more professional and make us feel comfortable

Critical: Communication, QualityThere was one lady who temporarily worked at this massage place. She did an amazing job using her hands! She had strong hands, practically used no elbows. She could feel my knots and worked her magic! I loved going to her. I came often and always enjoyed my massage. After she left I got different ladies every time I came. All of them were pretty small, skinny and rather weak, and they had to use their very sharp elbows to do the massage. I told them to stop using elbows, pointed at the areas of my body that they should focus on, but they don’t understand English well. I had very bad experiences last few times I had my massage, and I didn’t feel any pain relief like I usually did with that one lady or other good Massagists.
