i had a very sweet stylist, but my hair is extremely uneven after seeing it not styled, and after pointing out something to fix, she basically told me no. my ends look more dead then when i went in, and i got my hair cut. i paid over 200.not happy with the quality for the price :/ Haircut, Hair coloring

What really made the whole experience was that the owners took their time To come cross consult with my stylist and personally consult with me about my goals for my hair for this session and long-term and made great recommendations. They even made recommendations for my brows which left me walking away feeling totally transformed. I had a truly amazing experience at Luminaire. After an unruly self-dye job with Madison Reed color they totally revamped my color and fixed all of the inconsistencies. Dean and Mario, the owners, have over a half century of experience between them, and have selected a staff that is well on the way to being just as knowledgeable and skilled as they are. The salon is in full compliance with current Covid-19 protocols.

Terrible experience. Paid lots of money for hair extensions. They do not have enough practice to offer extensions and charge so much money for it. My color instead of brunette with highlights turn out cheap yellow. Went back to correct issue they charge another $ 700, that is on top of $2000 I already paid initially. When called to complain one of the owners got aggressive and was yelling. Not professional way to handle situation. They are ok for hair cut or color . But nothing more.
