Moved to Port Charlotte just over a year ago and even though it’s a little out of my way decided to try the North Port location. So glad I did! Jen and her staff are awesome! Not only is the salon always clean but they know their stuff when you’re wanting to buy lotions. Like most people, I was hesitant to buy a lotion (specifically Misbehaved) for almost $200, but Jen’s understanding of what I wanted to achieve using a lotion combined with how thoroughly she explained its properties and why it’s worth it….well, I not only bought it then but I also bought another from her after my first one ran out. Moved to Port Charlotte just over a year ago and even though it’s a little out of my way decided to try the North Port location. So glad I did! Jen and her staff are awesome! Great place . Customer for 5 years and used many Zoom tan locations. They are always clean and great even spray tans. Lots of other options too! I don’t buy skin product so no opinion there. Membership is the best way to go. Watch for deals!

Visiting from Orlando, The place is very clean workers were very nice. I’ve never been in a bed so hot before though, I paid for 10 minutes and was only able to stay in the bed for 4 minutes until I was so hot I couldn’t take it. Never have experienced that at any salon and have never been able to finish a session :/

Everything is good except they don’t tell you that your cost are recurring. I only wanted a one month plan. They didn’t tell me that it would hit my card again automatically unless I cancel it. No one reads all of the fine print.

First time at Zoom Tan and I am so satisfied with my experience! Signing up was super easy, choice of tanning lotions was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The salon was clean and I actually had time to get my lotion on and start the machine myself which I found wonderful since other salons I have been to start it for you and I always felt rushed to get my lotion on. Those bulbs in the bed are hot and work quick for you! My first time and I can already see results and I didn’t even use the bed for the maximum minutes! Can’t wait til my next trip there!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe women who I believe to be the owner of the store is very rude. She’s an older lady with darker hair and she is so rude. She makes me and other customers feel bad for being there. She rolls her eyes at us, doesn’t say hello (even if we say it first)I hate it because this location is closer to me but seeing this lady and how rude she speaks to me ruins my day it’s not even worth tanning. She talks to me like she my boss, demanding to see my goggles in such a rude tone. I even had a women stop me while I was walking out and be like “wow she is so rude”. I work in a hospital and deal with all kinds of people all day and still managed to be kind it’s not that hard. This lady is way to old to treat people as rude as she does.
