The customer service reps are friendly and efficient. The stand up units are aging, noisy and very, very hot. The music only plays in some of the units. If there was another business in the same with better units I’d switch but until then it’s the only place.

She never makes you feel rushed or unwelcome. I have visited other tanning salons and never have gotten the service I have at Zoom Tan. I received the most amazing customer service from Anna. She signed me up for a membership, helped me with the perfect lotion, showed me how to use the bed and even charged my phone for me when it was going to die! I highly recommend this salon to anyone, and I highly recommend Anna to help you with all your tanning needs! She was so sweet and polite! She knows what she is doing also. This by far is one of the best Zoom Tan locations that I’ve been to, always clean an efficient! All the girls that work here are friendly and knowledgeable on new and old lotions! The manager of this location really takes pride in keeping a clean salon an their employees up to date on changes to keep the clients informed, which as a client I value greatly.
