I have been going to this location for the past 4 years. It’s always been a nice location. Recently I’ve been extremely satisfied with the customer service. I started spray tanning and I was reluctant at first. The young lady was very helpful and put my mind at ease. If there was a tip jar at tanning salons I would have tipped generously for her service. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Best tanning beds around! It’s super clean inside and the staff are always friendly. Really can’t beat the membership prices, and they always seem to have great deals on lotion and other products when I go. I think the reviews for Zoom Tan are misleading (for this location at least) and I definitely wish I hadn’t let them weigh in on my decision as much as I did. One 10-minute session did more for me than four weeks worth of tanning at my last place!

I only ever tan or spray tan every few years if I have an event or something I did not want to look pasty pale for. Because of that I don’t know how everything works. Staff should take more time to see if someone understands how the machines work before sending then off.

Critical: ProfessionalismEmployee working on christmas eve was extremely unpleasant. She told me they were closed when I came in at 4:15 and they didn’t close until 5. I understand people want to be home for the holidays but it shouldn’t be that hard to be somewhat pleasant. She told me the wait was half an hour so I asked if I could wait in my car and she replied no that she would lock the doors behind me, so I sat and waited. I watched 3 other customers come through the door and be taken care of without hesitation, so i’m confused what the attitude was for. I understand people want to be home for the holidays but it shouldn’t be that hard to be somewhat pleasant. Worst experience I have ever had. The girl working at the desk was extremely unprofessional and my spray tan is now extremely screwed up due to me having to redress after placing the blocker lotion on. I had to redress because she never turned on the spray tan machine! Not only did I have to wait approx. 15 min for her to figure out how to work the machine, I was the one who had to walk back and forth 4 times to keep checking in with her as I waited because she never came back to touch base with me, the customer. I did not receive an apology which i had expected at the very least, let alone some sort of compensation due to this inconvenience. This is not my first spray tan experience and this is not my first time at zoom tan… I am heading out of town for my bachelorette and now look like an oompa loompa. Please note, this is MY first review I have ever written as I am not a fan of these since I work in the customer service industry. That is how bad my experience was.
