I’m super satisfied with Zoom Tan Saratoga & their staff! I recently signed up for a new membership which was explained to me in detail. The shop is always clean. The individual tanning booths/rooms are sanitized after each use. They changed the bulbs recently & they’re hot. I only tan for 5-7 minutes. I recommend purchasing the “Resort Life Intensifier Lotion”. The fragrance is tropical & it makes your body/tan look & feel great! The staff are professional & very nice! If you go at opening time, you may find a line to get in. I highly recommend Zoom Tan Saratoga!! Keep up the great work, Ladies!!

Just started my membership, but will be cancelling after my experience with the staff today. Their treatment of another customer in line when I was checking in was disgusting. When I arrived she was sweeping the entryway, to which she told me to “GO!” around her in a rude way. She then checked in a line of customers that had gathered, as she was away from the desk, very harshly. I don’t really expect much from a tanning salon, but the way she was treating customers is just not ok on a human level.
