Avoid this place at all costs. They will let people jump you in the queue, this has happened to me several times. I kept coming back to fill my punch card, but it takes 12 punches, each punch is $35+. I’ve spent at least $1000 in the last year with them. Thus, Ive had to deal with their incompetence on several occasion. Half of the techs can’t do nails, so luckily you get one of the good techs, also they won’t file it or cut it to your liking. They also make your nails look older than they are so you need a fill quicker. The last visit, the manager charged me ten dollars more because I confronted her about her allowing someone to jump in line in front of me (they will do you like this, so pay attention to who comes in and when), then she was bragging about it in part vietnamese and part English, how she said she was charging me more because my nails were long, i told her I’ve never been charged this because my nails aren’t long, but she persisted and charged me extra, very very rude. My homegirl overheard her bragging and told me when we left. I was charged 48 for a shellac fill ( It’s ten dollars … tee hee. Jokes on you my punch card was full so the other lady took $30 off.) They keep getting away with this kind of behavior. The rude tech (possibly a manager) was hyped because she loves trying to act tough, especially towards black women, I’ve seen it with my own eyes knowing one day that energy would find its way to me. As I was sitting in there she yelled at a group of minority women to “sit down.” As if their existence bothered her. Then one lady replied “excuse me” and the tech backed down. Also, listen…they will lie and say it’s not a long wait then have you in there for 3 hours plus, so inconsiderate of your time. Every time I had my nails done here, I had to go home and file my nails properly because they do the bare minimum. I have paid with service tips for shoddy nails. One time I accidentally didn’t tip, I pressed the wrong button, and the tech told me I needed to leave a tip. They are ballsy. A few of the techs are cool and do well but some techs are a real problem. I do not recommend this place. Avoid. Don’t get sucked in by the punch card because it’s not worth dealing with their inconsistencies. They act like it’s complicated but right across the street in the mall they will get you in without all the drama. I’ve had techs leave my nails crooked and file into my skin, nails different lengths (see photo) just all kinds of ridiculousness at this place.

This was my first – and will now my last – time trying this place. Horrible service! I brought in a picture of what I wanted. The girl was rude and just did what she wanted. I told her they were too long and that I needed to be able to work, she ignored me. I paid over $100 between my friend and myself and neither of us are happy!

The manicure was ok; a little sloppy around the edges. The hot stone massage was weirdly rough and the stone scraped me But the big problem was the difference between their listed prices and what they actually charge. They tell you a different price than they actually charge!

Really nice. My new favorite nail shop. Paid $35 for fill with shellac on top. When I make an appointment, my time is usually honored.

Amy gave me a set of acrylics and I am so happy with how they turned out, not only is she speedy but the quality is top tier as well.

Waited an hour for a pedicure and once I was seated, They told me that they could not repair the broken nail I had. When I arrived the receptionist told me it could be repaired. I wish zero was a rating I could give. Poor communication and lack of respect for repeat customers. 0/5 stars Pedicure
