Zico’s Haircuts

Critical: ValueI called last minute and they did everything they could do to get me in and for that I’m appreciative. Staff was very nice. But as far as a barbershop experience goes, Zicos is FAR from. Little to no attention to detail, no straight razor services, didn’t shape sideburns at all, barely cleaned the hair off me. I left there needing a change of clothes, a shower, and I still felt the need to go to a barber! 22 bucks for a 4 minute haircut, you’d think they’d pay a little more attention to details. These 2 stars are only because my hair dresser was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. As far as quality, you’ll get a generic super cuts haircut and nothing else at this barber. I called last minute and they did everything they could do to get me in and for that I’m appreciative. Staff was very nice. But as far as a barbershop experience goes, Zicos is FAR from. Little to no attention to detail, no straight razor services, didn’t shape sideburns at all, barely cleaned the hair off me. Critical: Quality, ValueThis was one of the worst haircuts I have ever been given. This is also coming from a former Marine who has had some heinous haircuts. The haircut took about 3ish minutes maybe a little less so if you are busy then you are in luck. When I asked for a fade starting with a #2 the hairdresser asked me ‘top to bottom?’ I have never been asked that question in 20 years of getting a fade. I was unsure of the answer so I let her have at it. Basically the hair dresser used a two and shaved the sides and back of my head and then trimmed the top of my head with scissors. There was no fade!!!! NO FADE on a request fade haircut… Also, the back of my head has a slanted hairline now, the sides are uneven and the front right part of my head was not cut at all. I had to ask my significant other to fix my hair with a beard trimmer and kitchen shears. The worst part was that this 2-3 minute haircut cost 22 dollars and I am too nice not to tip. She got 26 dollars for maybe (phone call appointment included) 5 minutes of her time. That is a fantastic hourly rate. I would not recommend. This was one of the worst haircuts I have ever been given. This is also coming from a former Marine who has had some heinous haircuts. The haircut took about 3ish minutes maybe a little less so if you are busy then you are in luck.
