I had a gel manicure done two weeks ago. Polish work was great. Filing, not good. Not evenly filed, one side of nails would be lower than the others, instead of all nicely rounded and even. Went back yesterday to have the gel polish removed. The filer was so rough (for acrylic nails!) that after taking my polish off, she sanded my nails and filed the tips too. Well, the filer/sander was so rough that now with nailpolish you can see horizontal lines scratched into my nails and she made the tips even more crooked which I had to redo myself at home. Very sloppy filing and buffing nails and bumpy, scratch-lined nails. If you enlarge the pictures on my nails, you can clearly see the deep lines on my nails. Not going back.

If I could give them 10/5 I would. The cleanliness, talent, and atmosphere is unmatched. Their attention to detail and the way they listen to your needs is amazing! I am thrilled with the results, but even more so- the experience. I will only be coming here. Better prices, better everything! If you’re in Los Altos, or travel from far like I do, this is WORTH IT. You will not be disappointed. My and Mini are so talented and careful. Do yourself a favor and make this your go to salon!

This was our first visit to this nail salon, and my friend’s first professional manicure ever! We were both very pleased. I got a mani pedi, and love my toes. There was a miscommunication about whether I wanted color on my fingernails (which I did) but I’m happy with the shine/buff (and honestly I tear my fingernails up pretty quickly, so it’s probably for the best.)
