The whole experience was a pretty bad, my wife, her friend and I went here to get their nails done and my wife is not the most confrontational person so she tried to be very polite and expressive her displeasure whenever the nails weren’t shaping out like she wanted them ( so that they could fix the shape before proceeding to the next step) and she was met with sighs, frustration, and ultimately a terrible product. The nails were terrible quality, not shaped properly, they were lumpy (even for not being the shape she wanted them to be) and the next day we found out they weren’t cured all the way because both ring fingers and thumbs started peeling. I’m no nail expert by any means but I’m pretty sure they are not supposed to peel off and be gooey underneath. Her friend has a completely different experience where her nail technician kept trying to up-sell her on everything and when she didn’t buy it the tech pressured her into giving a 5 star review for a “discount”, but at least her nail were cured all the way. I would not suggest to anyone looking for quality nails, I can’t say anything about the other services.
