I’ve been going here for a few years and always had an okay experience. Usually the staff are friendly and accommodating. Today I left very, very dissatisfied because the individual that cut my hair today was extremely rough throughout the visit, and rushed through the entire cut. It is not okay to move someone’s head and shoulders like that. I wanted out of that chair as soon as I could and may end up having another location nearby clean up the job done. I think I’ll be taking a long break from returning to this location.

I called ahead to make sure they can take me but didn’t make an appointment. It was pretty busy with just one person working in the store and 2 people ahead of me. Two more came in shortly after me. I felt like she was hurrying me through, but gotta admit, it was a good cut.

I have been going here since I moved into the area about a year ago. I have never given a review although at times I have been tempted. The one time I changed my mind and decided to have my hair blown out and was basically told that I need to decide that before I even sit in the chair because now I’m causing delays in getting to the other customers.

I never wrote negative reviews, but this time I have to. This new person who works there is very unpleasant. It seems like she hates her job and the place she works at. Every time I call/come in, she says she is too busy. When I call to schedule an appointment , she either does not pick up the phone or says she is too busy. I called today at 4:50 and she said she was going to be busy for the next 1.5 hour. Her tone was irritated. I asked if I could come in 1.5 hour and she hung up. I called back in exactly 1.5 hour and she did not pick up the phone, I let it ring and ring. Finally I drove over, and she was closing. I asked her why she was leaving and she said she didn’t have anyone on the books so she decided to close early. Why not pick up the phone then? She knew it was me. I asked her to please do a quick haircut. My five year old needed it for tomorrow and she says she was planning to leave earlier and she already called her sitter.

Went this morning and checked in and was told I’d have to wait for 2 cuts ahead of me. Not a problem. A famiiy of 4 walks in and the stylist said to them that they’re already checked in. What she neglected to do is tell ME that I’d have to wait until all 4 girls cuts were done. Meanwhile, I have wasted time that could’ve been spent going to another place. Too many other options to waste my time there again. It’s called common courtesy.

The brunette lady kinda messed up my hair. I went to get a disconnected undercut with number 2 razor on the sides and the disconnected path is not straight. The hair line on the left side is even more unbearable, she trimmed it too far up so she had to leave it there and skip to the back part (where it was not cut yet) and restart from that part. I literally just found when I took a picture of my hair, the part where she skipped over looks like a missing triangle and since my hair isn’t growing recently for some reason, I’m kinda stucked in this stage. The Supercut costs 16 or 18 I forgot.
