I’ve bee going to Zen for almost 2 years and I’m very happy with my nails. For different reasons I need my nails to be really short (no nail showing over tip of the finger) and I’ve been very pleased after every appointment. I love my nails short and simple and I’m in and out in 45 minutes. The salon is very clean and staff is kind and friendly. I sincerely recommend them.

This place does the best deluxe pedicures. The hot stones and massages are really awesome. They use clean equipment on every client. They spend extra time getting the dead skin off since they don’t use the cheese grater looking things (which are illegal in MN I believe). They really pay attention to cleanliness, which is super important. The massage chairs all work and are great. My ol’man bought me a gift certificate for Christmas so I decided to use it for us both to get pedicures. We will totally be back. Also they do gel polish on your toes so there is no wait after you are done for the polish to dry.

I’m a grown man and the concept of going to a Nail Salon is not my thing. I had a big toe problem with curled nails, also known as pinched nails, that I tried to self correct for several months. I was very nervous, but Kim took care of me and put me at ease. Instant relief from the pain they were causing. No pain, just gentle care and all my questions were answered so I understood the process. Plus, the hot stone massage from the volcanos of heaven were surprisingly amazing. For the fellas out there, I have my favorite auto mechanic, bike mechanic, barber, silversmith, gun shop, etc…add Zen Nails as your Nail Mechanic. You will not regret. Been walking and wiggling my toes in joy all day.

Mine and my daughter’s gel manicure chipped within 1 day!! I thought maybe it was a fluke but another finger was chipping day 2!! Now begining of day 3 there’s a total of 4 chipped. I’ve never had a gel manicure go bad this quick. Very disappointing and worse was told upon calling to get the first one fixed on day 1 that I would have to wait 4 days to go in and get it fixed. At this point atleast half the set will be chipped by the time they “fix” the first chip.
