Full (curve) set done by the manager before I was due for a fill 7/10 nails were lifting … when I brought it to her attention she says it’s because it’s been 2 weeks AND they are curved AND because I work …. I ask her to fill them and THIS time they need to be sealed … she says she’s not comfortable and someone else can perform my service …I then decided to wait for the next available tech and get a pedicure in the meantime … I then get brought to Nicholette who performs my fill and apparently neglected to use liquid (primer) how do I know this ??? Because every 2 nails lifted within a 12 hr period …and even more as the day immediately after progresses I decided to call and see if she was available to fix my nails at which now I’m told I will be charged $7 per repair …after a $20 tip ???? GTFOH

I made an 11am appointment 3 weeks ago with Bella ( I requested the first appointment of the day). Receptionist called me this morning at 10:43 am to confirm my appt. I got there at 10:53am and was told she started nails on a Walk-in appointment…I’m honestly not sure why a business would prioritize a walk-in over a loyal customer, but this is the third time and I will not be coming back. It’s a nail salon and it’s pretty nice inside, I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t have to wait long. The young man that did my nails did a good job but was not able to do the exact design that I wanted unfortunately but I was OK with what he did. What I did not like was the price so I will stick with my usual nail salon next time.

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere…don’t get me wrong; this place is busy and buzzing! AND they take the time to do it right! We’ve come back to get nails fixed that were done poorly elsewhere! May be a wait but worth it…lots of nail techs to choose from. Prices are fair. They also have a threader for your unwanted hair situations! Guys come here, too!

I went in to get a Gel Color Change on my toes. When asked, I told the young lady at the front desk AND the young lady that took me to the pedicure chair what service I was there to receive. I noticed that the woman doing my toes was doing more than what I believed a Gel Color Change entailed, I clarified with her that I was receiving a Gel Color Change only for her to then tell me that she was doing a full pedicure. The tech next to her tried to blame me for the fact that she was performing the wrong service even though the tech doing my toes did not clarify with me what service I was receiving and I made sure to state the service I desired each time I was asked by a member of the staff. The tech doing my toes and the tech next to her then proceeded to talk about me and the situation as though I couldn’t not tell by their demeanor that they were talking about me. I was very disappointed by this experience and will not be going back to this establishment.

3 years ago me and my family really liked this nail spa. We stop coming because the job wasn’t as good as before after a year I decided to go back and the nail tech was late . this year I decided to go back last week to get wax. Pedicure and manicure after a week and three days 2 of my acrylic nail broke I called and was told that the nail tech may or may not charged me too get my two nails fix usually my nails last 2 and half 3 weeks and it’s time to remove them already I won’t be back btw it was a very slow day so it was no rush

I’m new to the area and my first appointment went really well. Unfortunately, ever experience I had after that with this establishment has been terrible. The nail tech I had was extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition, see did not do a good job on my nails and her pedicure was mediocre at best. Then when I returned to the shop the next day for assistance with fixing my nails (which I planned to pay for) they refused to help me unless I went back to the lady that messed them up to begin with. I will not be returning.
