Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery rude to me bc I didn’t like my nails. The lady told me, if I don’t like, don’t come back. The nails, are not shape properly, and the nail quality is horrible they break very easily. I was upset, I spent so much money on something, I didn’t like. 75 dollars

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery bad manicure. She had to re do and buff multiple times. I went back to get them fixed and they still look bad. Made an apt some where Else to get them fixed. Waste of 50 dollars. Very disappointed.Service: Manicure

Positive: Professionalism, QualityHad Kim? Only called ahead 15 mins but was able to squeeze me in for a quick pedicure. Was going on vacation soon to FL so I wanted my feet ready for sandal weather. She was very nice and we had a nice conversation. Lower leg massage was great. Salon was nicely decorated and clean. Will probably be back in the Spring when the weather starts to get warm.Had Kim? Had Kim? Only called ahead 15 mins but was able to squeeze me in for a quick pedicure. Was going on vacation soon to FL so I wanted my feet ready for sandal weather. She was very nice and we had a nice conversation. Lower leg massage was great. Salon was nicely decorated and clean. Will probably be back in the Spring when the weather starts to get warm.

First off Anna and her shaping skills are simply PERFECTION I try to go every 2-3 wks. I get tons of compliments off her work. She’s the friendliest nail tech I EVER had.I have absolutely nothing bad to say. I went for a nail emergency once they didn’t even charge me. All the staff at Zen Nail Spa are pretty freaking dope.They really have a customer for life ‼️

Positive: ValueBright clean location close to my home in Fairport. Walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Kim. There was no wait thankfully.Got the basic pedicure, no frills. Great service, in and out in 40 mins.

Critical: QualityAsked for a gradient and showed a picture and when it came to the shape it looked nothing like what I wanted asked to change the shape to something else and felt like I was asking too much. It was nothing like what I showed and when my sister went to get her nails done they were terrible chunky big long and had a weird shape. The paint job was bad and it just added to the bad day I was having , also was over priced. Asked for a gradient and showed a picture and when it came to the shape it looked nothing like what I wanted asked to change the shape to something else and felt like I was asking too much. It was nothing like what I showed and when my sister went to get her nails done they were terrible chunky big long and had a weird shape. The paint job was bad and it just added to the bad day I was having , also was over priced. Will not come back

When asked price for nails ..I was told that her nails were $10. more since a coffin nail is more . They are tips already shaped so she did not shape them!!! It was also an additional $5 charge to shorten them!!!!! I really did not feel she earned her tip!!!!! I will be going to another salon now!!! Things went fine till the nail tech went on line to order her dinner while I am there as a paying client having nails done. It was not a short call either. When asked price for nails ..I was told that her nails were $10. more since a coffin nail is more . They are tips already shaped so she did not shape them!!!
