I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years! And I love it. Never had a complaint about my eyebrows. Zareen is the best! She threads my eyebrows exactly how I like them. I don’t even have to tell her how I want them… she already knows. Zareen has excellent customer service and she is good at what she does.

I asked for a specific eye shape and she gave me two different arches…on top of that, one eyebrow was thicker than the other. I went back into the shop to get my eyebrows re-shaped to my satisfaction and she tried arguing with me that there’s nothing wrong with them when there clearly was. And after I repeatedly asked her to fix it she refused because she thought they looked good TO HER. This lady had no hospitality and ZERO customer service. Not happy at all. Never coming back or spending my money here or at any Zara’s ever again. If you want terrible service go to Zara’s in Conroe.

Zara is really sweet and helpful. My eyebrows were messed up, one thinner and higher but after growing them out, Zara fixed them. I always come here and both ladies are very kind but honestly Zara is the only one that can thread so be wary, the other lady is okay but not as amazing as Zara. (FYI: She cannot thread men’s eyebrows because it’s against her religion, the other lady can.)

I needed a quick place to take me in to thread my eyebrows. they did an okay job but what I didn’t like was that it was inside the HEB and that it was small and chairs looked old and dirty. I will not be back but it was there when i needed it.

Waiting for 30 mins to get eyebrow done but then to be told she doesn’t do male eyebrows but another lady does but she not there. How do you not know how to do male eyebrows but do women eyebrows? Sound kinda sex discrimination to me. Wont ever come here if you cant learn to do both gender eyebrows. And all these women giveing them good reviews because they didnt ignored at the end and getting told they cant do your eyebrows
