My first time here, i was greeted immediately and sat down at the station in a timely manner. Leo was great he was on the phone and he was very apologetic and it is understandable. He was great and patient with me. He kept conversation and was very nice. He kept making sure this is what i wanted and made sure everything was exactly how i want it. I would definitely comment back and recommend him to anyone! This business was very clean and well kept.

They have walk in appointments, they are very clean, they take time to make sure you’re happy while they are doing your nails. I have been going here for a few years now. Always super nice and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and they offer waxing as well so that is a plus. I will definitely be returning!

My daughter always goes to the same nail place in Milford but I talked her into trying CTS nails because I had heard good things. I gave a 2 star because everyone was friendly when she first walked in the door as far as the quality of her nails I’m giving a 1 star. She is only 16 so I feel like she was taken advantage of and did not have a voice to advocate for herself. She spent 2 weeks of pay to get her nails done and this is what she was left with. They don’t even look like a fresh fill in and the nail polish paint is not evenly coated. Very disappointed.
